Stepping into Mission in Guatemala, 2010

An Invitation to Discipleship in Guatemala

You are invited to spend a week among the Maya of Lake Atitlán as a member of the 2010 Northaven UMC-Grace UMC mission team to Guatemala. We need volunteers willing to share or learn various skills such as painting murals, stocking and dispensing medical supplies, or doing computer data entry in the medical and dental clinics in San Juan la Laguna. We also need volunteers to do basic construction such as stuccoing and painting walls of homes in San Pablo la Laguna. All skill levels are welcome. No expert knowledge of building construction is necessary; you don't even need to speak Spanish.
